Each test completed uses one test credit (or token). Credits can be used on any test. Incomplete tests (no completed score report) can be deleted (trash icon) to return the credit(s) back to the account.

Credits are valid for a year after the purchase date.

You can purchase with a credit card or request to be invoiced (credit application necessary). If your organization requires purchase orders, we will need a copy of the purchase order.

We have preset credit packages for 5, 10, 25, 100 quantities, but if you need an amount different than those preset tiers, please ask us for the price.

For higher volume purchases, 250+ credits/year, an annual license price may apply.

Staffing companies may be eligible for other pricing options.
