Admin Score Access Settings

Set your admins to view all scores across the company, or just the candidate sessions they create.

You can customize what score reports are seen based on preferences.

  1. View All Scores (Full Access)
    See all test results for every candidate across your organization—helpful for HR managers or team leads overseeing multiple users.

  2. View Only Own Scores (Limited Access)
    See only the test results for candidates personally invited or scheduled. Ideal for hiring managers managing their own job openings.

These settings will apply for both viewing scores on dashboard and receiving emailed score reports (emailed reports can be turned off in Settings/Score Delivery tab.

This is configured at time of adding the new Customer Admin via Settings/Users (see below). Basic admin roles cannot see scores in dashboard or receive emailed score reports.
