Click on the red ‘Create Test Session’ button in the upper left corner of home screen.
Choose the test(s) you want to administer and click the blue ‘Add’ button. Search bar is available at the top of the page to find tests.
Click on the red “Invite Applicants’ button to move to the next screen. Enter first name, last name, and email address of applicant, then click on blue ‘Add Applicant’ button. Choose the YES button to email the session to the applicant.
Email Template: Select a template (if activated).
IMPORTANT: If sending to a SINGLE applicant (NOT MULTIPLE applicants), you can personalize the test session email to include details such as greeting (Hello Jamie) and/or instructions (Please finish by Friday). Do not personalize by NAME if sending to multiple applicants, although you can add general instructions (Please finish by Friday).
You can change how many days the test link will be valid for (if needed).
Click on the red ‘Create Sessions’ button. The session will then appear under Pending Tests.
